Synthwave four-piece S U R V I V E are slated to release their new remix EP RR7387 in November, and have just shared the remix of “Other” by JK Flesh (aka Justin Broadrick of Godflesh and Jesu). This new rework is slightly more upbeat and rhythmic, while still maintaining the dark, spacious mood of the original. You can listen to the new remix, and the Lena Willikens remix of “Cutthroat,” below.

The highly-anticipated second season of Netflix’s Stranger Things — with its score by S U R V I V E members Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein — will be available to stream on Friday, October 27 (with some additional swearing). While you anxiously wait for the new season, you can watch the final trailer and stream the full S2 score, below.

As mentioned, Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein will be performing selections from the Stranger Things score  at Los Angeles’ Ace Hotel on November 8. Tickets are still available. S U R V I V E recently played a unique outdoor pre-Halloween show at NYC’s historic Green-Wood Cemetery, as part of Atlas Obscura’s two-day “Into the Veil” event.
