(Sandy) Alex G playing free show at Sultan Room, where Porches are also playing

(Sandy) Alex G is going on tour this fall (including a stop at Brooklyn Steel on 11/14) in support of his new album House of Sugar. Before that, though, he’s playing a much more intimate show at new Bushwick venue The Sultan Room on August 15. The FADER is putting on the show, which is free with RSVP and subject to capacity, to celebrate the release of their Summer Music Issue. RSVP here.

One of (Sandy) Alex G’s collaborators, Porches, also announced a show at The Sultan Room on October 1. It’s one of two shows they have coming up this fall; the other happens on October 3 at Masonic Lodge in Los Angeles, and both are opened by “a special guest.” Tickets to NYC go on sale Friday 8/16 at 10 AM.
