Self Defense Family, one of the most lyrical rock bands around, and Sannhet, who have no lyrics at at all, will go on a co-headlining tour this spring. They might have very different approaches, but they both make awesome boundary-pushing heavy music and this double bill sounds very promising.

The tour includes a NYC show on May 31 at Brooklyn Bazaar with local support from Weeping Icon, turning this into a good triple bill. Tickets are on sale now. All dates are listed below.

Sannhet's latest album is last year's So Numb. The insanely prolific Self Defense Family released three singles/EPs last year and they're already promising new music for this year. They recently played two new songs in LA last month, opening for La Dispute and Touche Amore, and you can watch that below.
