Atlanta's annual Shaky Knees Festival brought bands like LCD Soundsystem, Phoenix, The xx, Wolf Parade, Ryan Adams, Pixies, Cloud Nothings, The Shins, Third Eye Blind, Warpaint, Car Seat Headrest, Sylvan Esso, Dr. Dog, Pinegrove, Whitney, The Growlers, Cymbals Eat Guitars, Fruit Bats, Preoccupations, Frank Carter, Hamilton Leithauser, and more to Centennial Olympic Park this past weekend (May 12 -14). Pictures of those acts, and lots more are in the gallery above.

Phoenix, who recently replaced Frank Ocean on the lineup for Hangout Fest, brought new songs, including "J-Boy," from their forthcoming album Ti Amo, and a whole new festival set to their Shaky Knees performance. According to NME, "behind the band, a gigantic mirror hangs at an angle, reflecting all that’s happening on stage, from frontman Thomas Mars hopping about stage to the varied projections and images looping on a screen beneath the band’s feet." Phoenix's  tour will other festivals this year, including Governors Ball, Field Trip, and Corona Capital Festival.

LCD Soundsystem played the hits, and their recently released new songs (that they performed on SNL). They go on to play Forecastle, Pitchfork Festival, and replace Frank Ocean on the Sasquatch lineup.

Meanwhile, The xx's tour with Sampha hits NYC for two shows at Forest Hills Stadium on Friday (5/19) and Saturday (5/20). Other upcoming festivals for The xx include Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and Corona Capital.
