Sharon Van Etten recently released her excellent new album Remind Me Tomorrow, which finds her trading guitars for synthesizer for a sound unlike any of her previous albums. For anyone feeling nostalgic for a more acoustic Sharon, she's shared a new version of the traditional Southern Gospel song "Never Grow Old," written by James Cleveland Moore, Sr., which has also been covered by Johnny Cash, Aretha Franklin, and others. Listen to it below.

Sharon's take is from the soundtrack of the film The Gospel of Eureka, which premiered at SXSW 2018. The Michael Palmieri and Donal Mosher-directed film, which is narrated by Justin Vivian Bond, is screening in NYC this week, at Quad Cinema on February 7-8 (tickets). Watch its trailer below.

Sharon's tour supporting Remind Me Tomorrow starts on Wednesday (2/6) in Washington D.C., and hits NYC on Saturday (9/9) for a sold out show at Beacon Theatre with Nilufer Yanya.
