Sharon Van Etten has just shared a new single and video, "Beaten Down." She says the song is "about love, patience and empathy. It’s about making life-changing choices and remaining strong enough to see them through." Like last year's great Remind Me Tomorrow, it was produced by John Congleton, it's dark and synthy but very Sharon Van Etten. The song comes with a gorgeous black and white video, shot in the California desert and directed by Nicky and Juliana Giraffe and featuring dancers Allison and Veronica Huber. Watch below.
