Shea Stadium closing for next two weeks, relocating shows

Brooklyn DIY space Shea Stadium recently had a few shows shut down, with NYC cops and fire department on the scene. Today, there’s more bummer news from the venue. From Shea’s facebook:

Dearest showgoers,

In the face of recent challenges we’ll be dark for the next two weeks as we restructure and plan for the future. We’ll be relocating much of what we have on our calendar right now so keep an eye on Facebook events and our website for venue changes.

We’re so grateful for the continued support you’ve shown us – now and over the past seven years. We WILL see you again soon.
