Shea Stadium is closing for two weeks and shows are being moved around. PWR BTTM were to have played a sold-out show there on February 18 which will now happen at Knitting Factory. Say the band, "There would be no PWR BTTM without Shea Stadium. It is a home for us and so many other bands. If you go to Shea, you belong to Shea....This is not the end of Shea, and it is not the last time you will be able to see PWR BTTM there. We Promise." That's a bigger venue and additional tickets go on sale today at 10 AM. Mal Blum & The Blums, Naked Giants are also on the bill.
