Show Me The Body begin NYC residency (w/ Wolf Eyes, Haxan Cloak, Retox, more)

Florida rapper Denzel Curry brings his tour to NYC tonight (11/30) for a show at Villain with local punk/rap band Show Me The Body (tickets), and that show is the start of Show Me The Body’s NYC residency that runs through mid-December.

Show Me The Body provide direct support at each show, and the other headliners are noise greats Wolf Eyes on 12/6 at Brooklyn Night Bazaar (tickets), hardcore crushers Retox on 12/10 at Superchief Gallery NY (1628 Jefferson Ave ) (tickets), and production wizard The Haxan Cloak on 12/16 at Knockdown Center (tickets).

The show with The Haxan Cloak also includes experimental rapper Moor Mother, who’s also playing The Media‘s next open editorial meeting the same day as the Show Me the Body show. That’s with KAG (aka Priests singer Katie Alice Greer) and Decisions. It also includes readings by contributors to The Media, DJs Jolie MA and Jenn Pelly, and an open editorial meeting to discuss future issues. More info here.
