SOIA 30

Sick Of It All going on triboro tour; Most Precious Blood celebrating 'Nothing In Vain'

NYHC legends Sick Of It All have been celebrating their 30th anniversary all year, including the hometown show at Webster Hall that they played back in July. They have more dates coming up, including three much smaller hometown shows in three different boroughs. (It’s dubbed the 30th Anniversary Triboro Tour.) Each show will be opened by two fellow veterans of NYHC.

The run begins in Brooklyn on December 9 at Saint Vitus with Indecision and Inhuman, then hits Manhattan’s Bowery Electric (12/10) the next day with Killing Time and Antidote, and finally wraps up in Queens on 12/11 at Blackthorn 51 with No Redeeming Social Value and Maximum Penalty. Tickets for Vitus and Bowery Electric go on sale Friday (10/7) at 10 AM. Ticket link for Blackthorn 51 coming soon.

In related news, Indecision members Justin Brannon and Rachel Rosen’s band Most Precious Blood will celebrate the 15th anniversary of their debut album ‘Nothing In Vain’ at Saint Vitus on November 25 (the day after Thanksgiving). That show is with Line of Scrimmage, Blind Justice and Jukai. Tickets are on sale now.

It’s the only date we’re currently aware of for MPB. Indecision also play Tampa’s FYA Fest in January 2017 with Trapped Under Ice, Strife, and more.
