With the possibility of two feet of snow being dumped all over the Northeast in the next 24 hours, it seems appropriate to post about Brooklyn band Ski Lodge who have a new single out next month. "Trust" is sparkling pop, steeped in bright '80s movie montages with a very catchy synth hook and chorus. The digital version comes with a remix by Tennis who dial the song down into more of a ballad. We've got the premiere of that remix which you can stream, along with the original, below.

Ski Lodge are playing the NYC date of Craft Spells' upcoming tour -- March 13 at Mercury Lounge. Tickets are still available. That show is also with The Bilinda Butchers (though we initially reported Ski Lodge replaced them, they are in fact playing). It's Ski Lodge's only scheduled date at the moment.
