In addition to co-fronting Modern Baseball, Jake Ewald has a solo project called Slaughter Beach, Dog. He just released his debut full-length with that project, Welcome, a couple weeks ago via Lame-O Records. If you dig MoBo, you're pretty much guaranteed to like this too. Stream the whole thing below.

Jake has now announced a tour in support of the album, and he'll be hitting the road with his talented Philly neighbor Abi Reimold (whose recent album was mastered by Modern Baseball's Ian Farmer). The tour includes a NYC show on November 23 at Shea Stadium. Tickets for that show are on sale now. All dates are listed below.

Meanwhile, Modern Baseball have tons of tour dates coming up. This Thursday (10/13) in Rochester, they'll begin their tour with Brand New (who are playing Devil and God in full), and The Front Bottoms. After that, they'll tour Europe with The Superweaks and Thin Lips in early 2017.
