Slayer to “tour the world one more time” (with Lamb of God, Anthrax, more)
Slayer have announced on Facebook, "The End is Near...Slayer to tour the world one more time...," hinting that their next tour (dates TBA) will be the final Slayer tour ever. You might argue that the real last Slayer tour happened before Jeff Hanneman's untimely death and Dave Lombardo's re-exit from the band, and you also might question the accuracy of any band suggesting that they're breaking up for good, so make of this announcement what you will.
There's also a poster confirming that Slayer's upcoming tour will include support from Lamb of God, Anthrax, Behemoth and Testament. See the poster below.
Tom Araya and Kerry King's current lineup of Slayer released the new album Repentless in 2015. It wasn't so hot, but with all due respect to Jeff Hanneman and Dave Lombardo, their recent live shows have still been awesome.
