Electronic solo project-turned-trio Son Lux will be releasing their fifth LP, Brighter Wounds, on February 9 via City Slang Records (preorder). It's the band's first full-length since 2015's Bones, and a follow up to their EP Remedy, released earlier this year. The record will feature brass and woodwind contributions from yMusic, who previously collaborated with the band. The group has also shared the first single from the album, titled "Dream State." You can hear it below, along with Remedy cut "Dangerous."

In addition, the band will be going on tour across Europe next year, and they've just announced two North American tour dates taking place shortly afterwards; one at LA's Regent Theater on March 8 (with openers Gordi and Willis), and another at NYC's Brooklyn Steel on March 22 (with openers Sinkane and Hanna Benn). These are Son Lux's only North American tour dates at the moment, but many more shows are expected to follow. Tickets for the show at Brooklyn Steel go on sale Friday (11/17) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.

Son Lux members Rafiq Bhatia and Ian Chang also have a new band with Heems, and Son Lux also contributed to WHY's new album, Moh Lhean.

Sinkane released his great new album Life and Livin' It earlier this year.
