Songhoy Blues played The Apollo, playing East Village club Berlin on Monday

Malian band Songhoy Blues just played The Apollo’s annual “Africa Now!” concert with Mbongwana Star and more. They’re sticking around NYC for a couple days and have just added a show at very intimate show at East Village club Berlin on Monday (3/13), are treat to get to see them really up close and personal. Opening is Olden Yolk (aka Shane Butler from Quilt). Tickets are on sale now.
