Sorry share new single, opening for Sleaford Mods on North American tour

UK band Sorry are back with new single “There’s So Many People That Want To Be Loved” that’s out now via Domino and a first taste of their second album. “‘There’s So Many People..’ is supposed to be a bit of a sad-funny love song,” says the band’s Sorry’s Asha Lorenz. “When we’re out of love we can feel detached and think ‘oh we’ll never be in love again… cry, cry’ but also try and laugh a bit. It’s easy to laugh or think you’ll never be THAT person then the next moment you can feel like the loneliest person in the world.” You can watch the video for the song below.

Sorry’s last U.S. show happened in NYC just before lockdown, but they’ll finally be back to open for Sleaford Mods’ North American tour. The NYC stop is at Irving Plaza on May 18. All tour dates are listed below.
