'90s-era band Spacehog will release, As it Is On Earth, on April 16. It's the band's first album in 12 years. Always a little out-of-step with what most of their peers were doing, Spacehog's theatrical, glam-heavy style has held up pretty well. The new record doesn't deviate much from the band's MO, which is just fine. Royston Langdon's bravado-laden voice is in great shape and the songs are pretty catchy. If you liked them before, this is a welcome return. You can preorder the album through PledgeMusic and stream the slinky first single, "Try to Remember," below.
