When we interviewed Weekend Nachos vocalist John Hoffman back in 2016, just before that band went on hiatus, John mentioned that he had plenty of other projects in the works, including drumming in the hardcore band Spine. Spine are now set to release their sophomore album, Faith, on June 15 via Bridge 9 (pre-order). It was recorded by Andy Nelson (also of Weekend Nachos), and going by the early singles, it's a ripper. They recently released "Warm Now Cold" and we're now premiering "Drawing Lines," both of which are high-speed hardcore crushers that kinda sound like old-school youth crew bands with just a touch of modern production and a vocalist who sounds like he eats gravel for breakfast.
