Spoon expand tour, playing Brooklyn Steel (tickets on sale)
Spoon have been in festival mode all summer as part of their Hot Thoughts tour, having played NYC’s Panorama back in July. For those who have been hoping for a Spoon headlining show in New York, your wish has been granted: they’re playing Brooklyn Steel on November 29, which comes right after their European tour. Tickets for that show are on artist and Bowery presale right now (password: hotthoughts17) and go on sale to the general public on August 25.
Spoon’s North American tour starts up again in late August and has them out with The Shins, Twin Peaks, White Reaper, and Mondo Cozmo. Updated tour dates, along with video of them playing “Can I Set Next to You” on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, below.
