St. Vincent and Thomas Bartlett (aka Doveman) recently released MassEducation, their stripped-down, piano-and-vocal rework of 2017's MASSEDUCTION, and they played another of their concerts in that same format at Brooklyn Academy of Music last night (11/20). They opened up with a gorgeous cover of "Perfect Day" by Lou Reed (who Bartlett has performed with in the past), and then proceeded to play almost all of MassEducation and a few older songs in the style of that album. Watch video of the Lou Reed cover and other songs from the show (by IronChefWong), alongside the full setlist, below. Pictures are in the gallery above.

St. Vincent and Thomas Bartlett are doing another of these shows in NYC at Lincoln Center for the American Songbook series on February 14 (sold out). She's also appearing at the Live From Here with Chris Thile residency at NYC's Town Hall on December 15 (tickets).
