Stephen Steinbrink released 'Arranged Waves' (stream it), going on East Coast tour with two NYC dates

Olympia, WA’s Stephen Steinbrink makes delicate, airy guitar pop imbued with a keen sense of melody. His new album, Arranged Waves, came out earlier this year via UK label Melodic and should appeal to fans of The Shins circa Oh Inverted World, Dream Academy (or even Bread). It’s a really nice album and you can stream the whole thing below.

Steinbrink launches an East Coast tour on Sunday (11/2) at Brooklyn’s Shea Stadium, joining a solid local bill of Quarterbacks and their Double Double Whammy labelmates Free Cake For Every Creature, and Alice. The tour ends at Brooklyn’s Van Dyke Park (98A Van Dyke) on November 11 which is presented by New Amsterdam Records.
