Strand of Oaks announce 2019 fall tour

Strand of Oaks released their great new album Eraserland — which main member Tim Showalter recorded with 4/5 of My Morning Jacket (everyone but Jim James) — earlier this year, and they have now announced another US tour supporting it. The newly-added dates kick off in Charlottesville on 9/6, one day after Strand of Oaks play a hometown Philly one-off opening for Future Islands, and the run wraps up in Brooklyn later that month.

The Brooklyn show happens September 26 at Brooklyn Bowl. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (6/7) at 10 AM with a Relix presale starting Wednesday (6/5) at 10 AM.
