As mentioned, Michigan emo band Charmer are releasing their sophomore album Ivy on April 3 via No Sleep (pre-order), and we're now premiering its latest single, "Doom." Don't let the song title fool you, this isn't very doomy at all. It's mathy and driving and upbeat and sounds like it could've been on Jade Tree or Polyvinyl in the '90s. If you like your emo loud and unpolished but with good pop melodies fighting their way through, give this a spin.
