T.I. and Dead Prez joined The Roots for Dave Chappelle @ Radio City Night 4

Dave Chappelle‘s 16-show run at Radio City Music Hall continued on Friday (8/4) with the fourth and final of the “Rootsapalooza” shows with The Roots. No other guests were billed but there were surprise appearances by T.I. (who played the night before) and Dead Prez who performed with The Roots. Also on hand was Chappelle Show regular Donnell Rawlings who reprised his Ashy Larry character. As with all these Radio Shows your phones are locked up in Yondr pouches, so not much in the way of Instagrams, but that’s a pic from Dead Prez’s stic (post-show) above.

Tonight (8/5) is Chappelle’s first of two nights with Chris Rock, and fellow veteran comedian Jeff Ross is also on the bill. Guests at upcoming nights include Erykah Badu, Chance the Rapper, Childish Gambino, Lauryn Hilll, Solange, Mos Def, and more. Tickets for select nights are still available.
