Rififi seems to be doing okay for now, but 200 Orchard isn’t having the same luck…On Wednesday 17th of October the New York State Liquor Authority denied the application to transfer the liquor license from the old Orchard bar to 200 Orchard on the grounds that it was not in the best interests of the community…
