After kicking off on Thursday (pictures), the free BrooklynVegan SXSW day parties at Cheer Up Charlies in Austin continued on Friday (3/18). Here's pictures and a recap of the whole day.

Our free SXSW day party on March 18 at Cheer Up Charlies includes the genre-defying Cocorosie, the prolific Kevin Morby, R&B trio KING, eccentric pop duo Prince Rama, indie rockers Pinegrove, feminist punks Tacocat, the new ex-Smith Westerns band Whitney, and many more.

The party animals at Burger Records have a lot coming up in 2016. They've just announced details for their annual two-day Burger Boogaloo which will happen June 25 & 26 at in Oakland, CA's Mosswood Park...

The 2016 Treefort Music Fest goes on March 23-27 in Boise, Idaho in venues all over the city. (It's kinda like Boise's SXSW.)
