The band includes Lifetime vocalist Ari Katz, guitarist Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, Bad Religion), Bouncing Souls members Brian Kienlen and Pete Steinkopf on guitar and bass, and Bouncing Souls pal Danny Windas (aka “Dubs”) on drums.

We ”did it so quickly, with no overdubs, no nothing. We recorded it like I haven’t recorded in a very, very long time. Just getting a good take and that’s it. It was fun to make music like that – it was exhilarating,” says vocalist Ari Katz.

Lifetime singer Ari Katz is fronting the new band Beach Rats, which also includes Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, Bad Religion), and two members of Bouncing Souls.
