Boston Strangler

The legendary and incredibly influential hardcore/grind band Siege have been broken up for some time, but they're billed to play at least one show this year. No word yet on who's in the band -- original vocalist Kevin Mahoney and his replacement Seth Putnam both passed away in 2011 -- but the show happens in July in Providence with Infest, Dropdead, and more.

Hardcore legends Infest, who helped pioneer powerviolence, are reunited and played their first NYC shows ever last year. Shows have still been few and far between, but they're booked for Maryland Deathfest 2016 and now they have another NYC show coming...

Not to be confused with California's inaugural it's Not Dead Fest, Toronto's annual Not Dead Yet fest returns in 2015 from October...
