Over thirty years after their classic debut Epicus Doomicus Metallicus, Candlemass are still churning out evil, slowed-down riffs and ripping fiery solos.

Batoushka join English Dogs and Wormrot on the cancellation list.

Wormrot and English Dogs have unfortunately cancelled their US tours and had to drop off Maryland Deathfest. There’s also a pre-show happening the night before the festival.

Today in “You Can’t Make This Stuff Up,” blink-182’s first-ever Norway show will be at a festival with Emperor, Satyricon, Taake, Candlemass, Sodom, and more.

While the Friday and Saturday of Psycho Las Vegas flew by with nearly wall-to-wall exciting bands, for whatever reason Sunday had a bit more down time. It was a nice way to cap the fest, with some real heavy hitters like Sleep and Candlemass, some smaller but still excellent bands on the Vinyl stage, and by far the most insane show I have ever seen courtesy of Alice Cooper…
