Anika Pyle (of Chumped, Katie Ellen, and more) incorporates spoken word, electronics, folk music and more into her first proper solo album, which was inspired by the death of her father and is her most personal and direct work yet.

Philly indie punks Cayetana just parted ways, having played their final few shows over the weekend, but the band's Augusta Koch has a new project on the horizon with Anika Pyle (of Katie Ellen and Chumped) and Sheena Ozella (of Lemuria)

Brush is a new-ish band featuring members of Chumped, Katie Ellen, and Adult Dude, and they just released their first single as a full four-piece band.

The lead single is a new recording of "Lucy Stone," which appeared on Anika Pyle & co's first demo.

It's basically picking up right where Chumped left off, but these songs are sadder than Chumped's usually were. They're both breakup songs...
