Club Cumming's license has been altered to allow live music and performances but only "provided they are not scheduled and that there are no ticket sales or entrance fees."

Alan Cumming's East Village spot Club Cumming has suspended all live music and DJs for the time being, "pending a decision by the State Liquor Authority" Alan announced earlier this week via Instagram. "We are confident this issue will be worked out soon."
