Alice Glass says the court dropped former Crystal Castles bandmate Ethan Kath's defamation lawsuit against her.

It is unclear as to whether this investigation has anything to do with the accusations of abuse against Ethan Kath by his former Crystal Castles bandmate, Alice Glass.

Earlier today, former Crystal Castles singer Alice Glass made allegations against her onetime bandmate Ethan Kath including sexual, physical and mental abuse, amongst many other things writing, "He forced me to have sex with him or, he said, I wouldn’t be allowed to be in the band anymore." Since those allegations, most of Crystal Castles' remaining tour dates have been canceled...

Alice Glass left Crystal Castles in 2014 and now has an active solo project underway, while Ethan Kath continued Crystal Castles with a different singer. At the time of her departure, Alice said that she left the group "for a multitude of reasons both professional and personal," and now she has given a detailed account of Ethan Kath taking advantage of her for years, abusing her physically, and forcing her to have se with him.
