D.A. Pennebaker, documentarian ('Don't Look Back' & more), dies at 94

Pennebaker directed the landmark 1967 film ’Bob Dylan: Don’t Look Back,’ as well as ’Monterey Pop,’ ’Ziggy Stardust and the Spider from Mars,’ ’The War Room’ and more. He was 94.
