The awesome Las Vegas festival features Megadeth, Opeth, Beach House, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Electric Wizard, High On Fire, Mogwai, Uncle Acid, Bad Religion, and much more.

The full lineup for Psycho Las Vegas is finally here and it’s stacked from top to bottom, with new additions joining Electric Wizard, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Beach House, High on Fire, Bad Religion, Deafheaven, Glassjaw, and tons of others.

The party goes down August 15 at Daylight Beach Club, one day before the fest begins in proper next door at the Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino.

The new additions join previously announced bands Windhand, Elder, Monolord, Danava, and more.

Desertfest is a stoner/doom/psych metal festival that already has editions in London, Berlin, and Belgium, and is now coming to the U.S. with help from Tee Pee Records…

While the Friday and Saturday of Psycho Las Vegas flew by with nearly wall-to-wall exciting bands, for whatever reason Sunday had a bit more down time. It was a nice way to cap the fest, with some real heavy hitters like Sleep and Candlemass, some smaller but still excellent bands on the Vinyl stage, and by far the most insane show I have ever seen courtesy of Alice Cooper…
