Though he just brought Festival of Disruption to Brooklyn, David Lynch has not given up on Los Angeles, and the third edition of the fest happens October 13 & 14 at The Theatre at Ace Hotel. Carrie Brownstein, Francis Ford Copolla, Jeff Goldblum and more are also a part of this year’s lineup.
