Metallica will headline two nights each of Louder Than Life, Aftershock, Welcome To Rockville, Epicenter, and Sonic Temple, with a different setlist at each of the ten sets.

Welcome to Rockville also moves to a new location next year.

Epicenter’s inaugural edition over the weekend didn’t go so well; Saturday was evacuated and cancelled due to severe weather, while some attendees say they spent hours in traffic trying to enter and leave the festival on Friday.

Epicenter Festival’s Saturday evening, including scheduled sets from Tool, Judas Priest, The Cult, and more, was cancelled because of severe weather; heavy thunderstorms moved into the area, accompanied by wind gusts and a tornado warning.

The new North Carolina festival replaces Carolina Rebellion and the lineup includes Tool, Judas Priest, Foo Fighters, Korn, Rob Zombie, Mark Lanegan, Mastodon, High On Fire, Vein, and more.
