Memphis trio Ibex Clone release new album ‘All Channels Clear‘ this week via Goner, and have dates in May with Patois Counselors.

Memphis band Model Zero, which features members of Ex-Cult, Aquarian Blood, and Jack Oblivian’s backing band The Sheiks, mix garage rock with vintage electronics for a post-apocalyptic party band sound.

Plus: new songs by Tiny Ruins, Dilly Dally, Eric Bachmann, Miguel, High on Fire, Moses Sumney, Anna Calvi, Sleaford Mods, and more.

This week's edition of BrooklynVegan Blog Radio on Sirius XM we pulled from the initial lineup of the 2018 Desert Daze festival (which is pretty sweet). Melbourne garage punks Power (not to be confused with various other bands of that same name) released their debut album Electric Glitter Boogie last year. It's definitely worth a listen if you dig the Australian garage rock/post-punk scene, or just anything with glammy swagger and punky energy...

They already had a Rough Trade NYC show with Cheena and Surfbort, and now they added a Baby's All Right show with Babes.

This week includes massive, sometimes-overwhelming statements from Blood Orange, Bat For Lashes, and Maxwell, plus two fuzzy punk albums.
