Golden Globes sold to Dick Clark Productions as Hollywood Foreign Press Association shuts down
The Golden Globes will still happen, at least in 2024, but will now be run by Dick Clark Productions, who also produce The American Music Awards.

NBC won't air Golden Globes in 2022 due diversity criticisms
”We continue to believe that the HFPA is committed to meaningful reform,” NBC said in a statement. “However, change of this magnitude takes time and work, and we feel strongly that the HFPA needs time to do it right. As such, NBC will not air the 2022 Golden Globes.“
