The 6th annual Harlem Arts Festival happens next week, Friday, June 23 through Sunday, June 25, in Marcus Garvey Park at the Richard Rodgers amphitheater. The festival is a nonprofit and "features local creatives in music, art, dance, writing, theater, and more."
