The 2016 Summer Spirit Festival happens August 6 & 7 at Merriweather Post Pavillion in Maryland with Erykah Badu and Janelle Monae headlining day one; and Jill Scott and The Roots headlining day two. Erykah Badu and Jill Scott are also both playing the soon-to-be-open Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk (separately).
