The rapper was arrested after allegedly being caught on surveillance camera assaulting his girlfriend in a hotel room.

A 43-year-old man was arrested near Lana Del Rey’s Florida concert on Friday with a ticket to the show and a three-inch folding knife.

In a statement in response, Decapitated said, ”while a trial would have given the band the opportunity to have all this evidence heard, the band welcome the decision and are excited to return back to their homes in Poland.”

Singer Rafal Piotrowski, guitarist Waclaw Kieltyka, drummer Mikola LLysejko and bassist Hubert Wiecek are currently being held on $100,000 bail each.

After being arrested on charges of first-degree kidnapping, the members of Polish metal band Decapitated have now also been formally charged with rape.

Mystikal reportedly turned himself in ”to get this business reconciled, get this behind me, man.”
