The album was co-produced with Lawrence Rothman and Justin Raisen, and also features Sharon Van Etten, Kristin Kontrol, Hole's Patty Schemel, Morphine's Dana Colley, Mary Lattimore, and Janel Leppin.

Marissa Nadler has hinted that her new album has collaborations with Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen, Kristin Kontrol, and Hole/Upset drummer Patty Schemel.

Karen O made a surprise appearance with a band of kids, and members of Best Coast also appeared to perform a song. Shirley Manson played Garbage favorites backed by string players, while Carrie Brownstein gave the keynote speech for the three-day Los Angeles event.

The 2018 edition of Moogfest happens May 17 - 20 in Durham, NC and they've just announced its initial lineup, which is led by female, non-binary, and transgender artists, including Chelsea Manning SOPHIE, Jamila Woods, Kristen Kontrol, LCD Soundsystem's Gavin Rayna Russom, Ellen Allien, Lawrence Rothman, and more.

Kristin also has California shows with Perfume Genius this month.
