New Jersey label Tripsquad Records is a new label launched by former M.O.D. guitarist Tim McMurtrie. The debut release for the label is the Just For Us Hardcore Kids compilation, which includes young bands and newer bands with members of veteran bands. As for the veterans, it includes Tim’s current band Full Scale Riot, plus Truth & Rights (members of Leeway), Dead Blow Hammer (ex-Agnostic Front), and Huge (members of Underdog)…

American Nightmare added to Black N' Blue Bowl; tickets on sale

As previously mentioned, the annual NYC hardcore festival Black N’ Blue Bowl returns to Webster Hall on May 14 with Adolescents, Madball (Demonstrate My Style with Matt Henderson), Billy Club Sandwich (reunion), and more. Since we last spoke, the fest got a pretty exciting addition: American Nightmare.
