Netflix is presenting a massive new comedy festival in Los Angeles this spring, with over 100 performers, including Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman, Wanda Sykes, Ali Wong, Amy Schumer, and David Letterman, across over 20 venues.
