Neil's also working on the third volume of his ‘Archives‘ box set series, and has his first sci-fi novel on the way.

Part of Neil Young's ”Performance Series,” the box set documenting his unique 2003 Greendale tour will be out in November.

Neil says this new version of "Shut it Down" (originally on last year's 'Colorado') was inspired by fans reaching out to him online, expressing the increased relevance of the song since the coronavirus pandemic.

"...we have decided to play the old arenas - not the new sports facilities put up by corporations for their sports teams."

'Colorado' is Neil Young first album in seven years with Crazy Horse and is out in October.
