The 2018 edition of OctFest wrapped up under rainy skies on Governors Island with music from The Flaming Lips, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Yo La Tengo, Hop Along, Girlpool, No Age, Kamaiyah, Shopping, Julie Byrne, and The Courtneys.
For its second year, music, beer and food festival OctFest moved to Governors Island and expanded to two days. Saturday included music from Vince Staples, Jeff Tweedy, NAO, Saba, Preoccupations, Standing On The Corner, Vagabon, Hatchie, Flasher and Madison McFerrin.
Last year, Pitchfork and their beer website October put on the inaugural OctFest in NYC with live music and craft beer, and this year they'll do it again. This time it's two days, and it moves from Brooklyn Hangar to Governors Island...
