In the wake of recent events, veteran emo greats Mineral are raising money for the Southern Poverty Law Center by auctioning off the only five vinyl test pressings in existence of their two albums.

The auction included live music by Joe Russo, Scott Metzger, Neal Casal, Cass McCombs, John Scofield, Nels Cline, Jon Shaw, and more.

After the 2016 presidential election, the Descendents recorded a new song, “Who We Are,” which is a “protest song that lashes out against racist, sexist, and anti-immigrant attitudes…

The Dear American benefit show at Webster Hall featured performances and readings from Regina Spektor, Amanda Palmer, Elvis Perkins, and others to benefit charities including Planned Parenthood and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Patio, Painted Zeros, and Jackal Onasis also played last night’s show at C’mon Everybody.

It takes place this January.
