The 10th edition of Knoxville’s forward-thinking Big Ears Festival kicked off Thursday with a typically diverse set of shows featuring everything from experimental hip hop, to improvisational guitar quartets, Americana greats, jazz, and more

The Milwaukee, WI, festival, celebrating its 55th anniversary this year, spans three weekends between June 22 and July 8 and features over 100 artists.
