Whistleblowers, Jokers, floral dress-wearing Danis from ’Midsommar,’ Bernie Sanders, Edward Scissorhands, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Minions, Bob Ross, zombies, Dr. Manhattan from ’Watchmen,’ and ’Beetlejuice’ characters were among the many costumes we spotted at the 2019 Village Halloween Parade.
