Woodsist Fest happens September 25 & 26 in Arrowood, NY with Woods, Steve Gunn, Bridget St. John, Cassandra Jenkins, Laraaji and more also playing.

It was a chill, lovely day in the woods with the Woodsist family, including lots of collaborations, and tributes to David Berman and Jason Molina.

Woods, who backed Berman on the Purple Mountains album, played PM’s “All My Happiness is Gone” with Kyle Field on vocals, and Silver Jews’ “Random Rules” with Kevin Morby singing.

After a two year hiatus, the Woodsist Festival returns to the East Coast, happening in Upstate New York at Accord, NY’s Arrowood Farms on September 28.

It will be a chill time this July.
